I also say sg should introduce cars with 2 horns. 1 friendly one for trying to say hello to a friend or for telling the guy next to you his car door's not closed. I forget where I've heard them before. Either Israel or Turkey. Maybe there it means 'watch out for the bomb'...

Yup. it's a whistling sort of horn too. not so aggresive. I've also seen a Ferrari with a horn that played a clown car type of melody.
